We cooperate with colleagues from Vidin, Vratsa, Svishtov, Ruse, Dorich, Varna, Burgas, Svilengrad, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv.

Information in advance for the Client concerning the owed duty sums, fees, VAT, as well as our mobility, furthers the efficient and precise execution of the assigned work.

We prepare:

• Import licenses;
• Statements for double use of goods by the Ministry of Economy;
• Certificates of origin;
• Phyto-sanitary certificates;
• Correspondence with Customs Agency;
• consultations regarding the customs status of goods delivered from EU member countries;
• analysis of documents, accompanying the consignments;
• determine the value of the goods and their codes, according to TARIC;
• supervision of the capacity of the Client’s internal and community deliveries /expressed in BGN/ and tracing the occurrence of liabilities under art.14, paragraph 1 of the Statistics Act of the internal and community commerce of goods;
• keeping electronic diaries and elaboration of electronic declarations;
• submitting and signing statements electronically on behalf of a Client, as well as receiving electronic statements of the National Income Agency Authorities addressed to our Client;
• subscription service under a contract, which includes all of the above mentioned services;
• private software, specialized for the processing of diaries with a large number of rows /over 2500/;
